THE CHALLENGE

Your main challenge is how to make sure that online class of our product (Digital School Cilsy) can be running smoothly 3x/week. It’s a combination of communication, project managing, and administrative kind of jobs. You will work collaboratively with other teams, so our student and instructor can learn happily and smoothly that day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute various system to enhance the experience of running class of the Digital Cilsy School product.
• Manage, monitor, and ensure all aspects of day-to-day class is being executed and running successfully & smoothly. The aspects are : Make sure the online class room has been setup correctly, make sure instructor is ready for teaching that day, calculating teaching hour for instructors, making sure technical aspect is ready for that day practical materials (Server is ready, etc), etc.
• Work with feedback, marketing and product teams to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the class that have been running.
• Make monthly reporting related to the effectiveness of the class that have been running.

QUALIFICATION

• Interactive communicator.
• Love to make connection with people.
• Highly fast pro-active person, not slow reactive person.
• Understand how to using Social Media.
• Understand how to using Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment
• Able to multi-task with careful attention to detail.
• Have Bachelor Degree in Public Relation/Communication is more preferred.
• Have experience in project managing or public relation related job is more preferred.
