THE CHALLENGE

Your main challenge is how to make sure every lead that comes from every marketing channel treated so well and deeply understood of their problems and stories. Then you will help those leads convert into paid customers through all of the journeys such as intensive caring communication, following up leads, broadcasting messages, dealing agreements, etc. You will join in our marketing team, collaborating deeply with the advertiser, digital marketing team, and finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following up leads and convert them into paid customers using various channels such as email, wa, phone call, and meetup if needed.
• Handle some administrative task related to the journey process of converting leads into paid customers.
• Design and execute various SOP to enhance the effectiveness & efficiency of the workflow & jobdesc.
• Manage, monitor, and ensure the conversion ratio from leads to paid customers is achieved according to the target.
• Make monthly reporting related to the effectiveness of the jobdesc that have been implemented.

QUALIFICATION

• Detailed communicator in text messaging.
• Able to multi-task with careful attention to detail.
• Love to make connection with people.
• Highly fast pro-active person, not slow reactive person.
• Understand how to using Messaging Platform (WA, Linkedin).
• Understand how to using Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment and single environment.
• Have Bachelor Degree in Communication/Marketing is more preferred.
• Woman preferred.
